The Numerology Forecast - December 2019

Updated: Mar 23, 2020

The last month of 2019 comes with a message of the beauty of tending your own garden and sharing from an abundant heart.

2019 has asked you repeatedly to step up and into action in the areas of your life where you’ve been playing small or let others direct your journey. After all the work and progress you’ve made (and yes sometimes progress looks like saying no to an opportunity) the next step is to take the work further into your heart.

Fresh off November's themes of money, and the stories we tell ourselves about the level of financial flow we allow, we enter the season of giving and spreading love. This year, December is vibrationally even more than other years a time to examine the intention, tradition, and source behind our actions. We cannot reap love from seeds of depletion or resentment.

If you’re a caregiver in any area of your life you know how draining it can be to focus solely on the needs of others and to forget your own. The final weeks of this decade are a time to give your heart a break from living up to expectations or rules that no longer feel right. You have permission to create a festive season that looks and feels good to you.

No is the word that will help you enforce the boundaries of your emotional involvement in others. Strong boundaries create the right conditions for your heart to expand.

If you already know that this month will be filled with situations and rooms that you find hard to be in then working on your NO can come in handy. Here is a list of 25 ways of saying no, should you need help culling your calendar:

No thanks, I have another commitment.

Unfortunately, it’s not a good time and I can’t make it.

Sounds great, but I can’t commit.

I’m booked for something else.

I’m not able to make it this week/month/year.

I’ve got too much on my plate right now.

I’m not taking on anything else right now.

Bandwidth is low, so I won’t be able to make it work.

I’ll need to bow out, I’m sorry to have to cancel.

I’m going to have to exert my NO muscle on this one.

I’m taking some time off from X.

Thanks for thinking of me, but I can’t.

I’m in a season of NO.

I’m learning to limit my commitments.

I’m not taking on new things.

It doesn’t sound like the right fit.

I’m not the right fit for this, so I’ll let someone else step up.

No thank you, but it sounds lovely.

It sounds like you’re looking for something I’m not able to give right now.

I believe I wouldn’t fit the bill, sorry.

It’s not a good idea for me.

I won’t be able to help.

I’m not able to set aside the time needed.

I’m honored, but can’t.

No.

While this season comes with certain cultural, societal and personal expectations that everyone has to deal with it is also an excellent time to decide to form new expansive traditions and be creative in creating the kind of events, parties, holiday tables and commitments that fuel your heart and the flow that ultimately makes you truly generous with the love and gifts you’ve come to share with the world.

We will already be feeling the global yearly vibration of 2020 in the second half of December and as next year has a deep rebellious core you might feel the pull to just elope and escape everything that’s already neatly planned out for this month. Instead of going off without telling anyone, check to see if a few others are feeling the winds of change and make it a group trip or alternative celebration as December also has strong themes of healing in groups and the creation of beauty in extraordinary ways.

“If there is to be peace in the world, there must be peace in the nations.

If there is to be peace in the nations, there must be peace in the cities.

If there is to be peace in the cities, there must be peace between neighbors.

If there is to be peace between neighbors, there must be peace in the home.

If there is to be peace in the home, there must be peace in the heart.”
