September is here and apparently, there are only 4 months left of 2018 - how did that even happen? Let’s make the most of them by using the global vibration as a framework for what you’re being supported in doing and would benefit from paying attention to this month.
July and August felt like going through the wringer for many and with this year’s themes about process and anger there might have been quite a bit of purging happening throughout these summer months. Now it's time to organize whatever made it through the fire and look at what this pressure has shown you need attention.
September always amplifies our yearly themes and this year the focus on how you process your emotions and how you handle stress and demands from your surroundings is being intensified. It could mean that there's a lot of work in the cards, or it could be that you need to address what has not been working at all.
Listen to yourself. Listen to the nudges that might have become more like aggressive shoves from your inner guidance and intuition. What do you need and why are you withholding yourself from filling these needs? Why are you waiting and believing that you’re not worthy of getting your needs met – right now? Where are you complicating the process of receiving unnecessarily?
Prioritize filling your own cup more this month as well as recharging before you run out. A tip that just popped into my head: every time you see that your phone or laptop needs to get charged, take a minute to check in with your own power supply and see if it’s time for a break, a top op on fuel, a nap, a fresh cup of your favorite beverage or a hug from a friend.
There's a theme about getting stretched too thin in September so take extra care of not running on an empty tank this month. The best way to surf this vibration is to stay in contact with your creative streak and not get stuck on ‘the right/only way to solve this challenge is my way’ kind-of-thinking. Make sure you don’t confuse your emotions with problems and try to outmaneuver your intuition. Or that you don't get hung up on making plans that don’t take other (human) factors into account. We’re all doing the best we can and September asks you to cut yourself and the people around you some slack.
