This week I bring you yet another a gift. The Kinesiologist Eva Gossenreiter has created a beautiful art book that combines her artworks with stories of surrender and letting go. I've contributed with my own story and love the variety of poems, mantras, career changes, and mind shift jumps that are in this digital artbook.
Twelve women have added their tales and I'm so happy to be part of it and inspired by the different ideas and thoughts they've offered up.
